Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary
Provide general administrative and office support, with a focus on accurate data entry and delivering excellent customer service, and occasionally assist the Event Management team with event preparation and support.
Responsibilities
The Event Operations Student Assistant will assist mostly with 25Live processing, data entry, and other clerical duties such as handling phone calls and responding to department emails. This position will also assist with events, including but not limited to creating diagrams, checking set-ups, completing event reports, and providing on-site event support.
Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support processes, and data entry . Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Comfortable working in a team dynamic, working alone at times, and communicating effectively with others.

Event Management experience. Data entry experience.
