This position requires FWS

JOBDUTIES:

  • Support the front desk operations of the Academic Advising, Coaching, and Transfer Department
  • Support the virtual operations of the Virtual Advising Center
  • Outreach to students who may have trouble accessing resources or services at the college who contact advising
  • Create foundational guiding materials to assist student workers who may cover desk operations, virtual operations, and the like
  • Be culturally responsive to individual needs and identities
  • Provide other assistance as requested
