Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch is typically expected, and participation in design workshops or competitions can be advantageous. Student Designers usually work closely with faculty members who act as project advisors, as well as with fellow students from various disciplines. Collaboration often takes the form of group brainstorming sessions, regular feedback meetings, and peer reviews, which help refine design concepts and build teamwork skills. This collaborative environment not only enhances creativity but also prepares students for real-world interdisciplinary projects. Effective communication and openness to constructive criticism are key to success in these roles.
