Manager Of Data, Analytics, And Ai

This role is on a hybrid schedule in our Detroit or Charlotte office a few days each week and some remote days. We are seeking an experienced Manager of Data, Analytics, and AI to join our dynamic team supporting HR. This is an individual contributor role that will lead the development of modern HR analytics and AI-driven workforce intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will focus on building AI-powered analytical applications, intelligent HR agents, and scalable workforce data models that transform HR data into actionable insights.

This position will drive development of analytics and AI capabilities using enterprise HR systems such as Workday and enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, leveraging Snowflake Cortex to enable generative AI, and natural language data exploration, and intelligent analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and analytics utilizing Python programming and automation, with deep hands-on experience in SQL and Snowflake. You will play a key role in translating HR specific requirements into robust technical solutions, building automation, and developing AI-driven applications and agents to drive innovation and efficiency across our organization.

Base Pay Range: $110000 - $180000 USD An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer. Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
