Job description

Summary
Develops, maintains, and services the contract with schools, colleges and universities for Student Assistance Services. Provides assessment, referral and brief counseling services for SAP clients. Develops and maintains rapport with faculty, staff and leaders as it relates to SAP services. Presents educational presentations as requested..
Education
Must have a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Nursing or related field. Substance abuse educational background preferred.
Licensure/Certification
Must hold or must be working toward obtaining LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LCAC, or APRN, within the standard timeframe and in accordance with regulations of the State of Indiana.
Experience
Experience in the field of counseling and substance abuse treatment helpful. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the mental health and/or counseling field. Must have experience interfacing with business, community resource agencies, third party payors and the general public. Must have experience working with children, adolescents and adults.
Other Qualifications
Must have good listening, verbal, written and presentation skills.
