Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking construction worker with experience in repair drywall installation or stucco repair. The ideal candidate will assist with HOA repair projects, including framing support, drywall hanging, taping, finishing, stucco preparation, and exterior finishing work. Candidates must be able to arrive on time, follow instructions, and have the ability to work safely and efficiently in outdoor and indoor environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform demolition and surface preparation
  • Make specific cuts in drywall or stucco for repair work
  • Install and finish drywall panels on walls and ceilings
  • Measure, cut, and fit drywall materials accurately, including backing
  • Tape, mud, sand, and texture drywall surfaces
  • Prepare surfaces for stucco application
  • Mix and apply stucco materials to surfaces
  • Repair cracks, holes, and damaged drywall or stucco
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely
  • Load and unload construction materials
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow building codes and safety regulations
  • Work with supervisors and team members to complete projects on time


Qualifications:

  • Experience in drywall installation or stucco work preferred
  • Knowledge of construction tools and materials
