Job Summary

Are you ready to take your craftsmanship to the next level? We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lead Stucco Technician to join our team. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll deliver high-quality stucco installation and repair work while maintaining a clean, professional job site and supporting team success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Stucco Installation & Repair: Oversee and perform stucco installation, patching, and repair work with precision and efficiency.
  • Surface Preparation Oversight: Inspect and prepare surfaces to ensure they are clean, secure, and ready for proper stucco application.
  • Finish Work Execution: Mix and apply stucco materials, match existing textures and finishes, and complete related painting as needed to produce seamless, high-quality results.
  • Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations.
  • Material & Tool Management: Coordinate material usage, load and organize tools and supplies, and ensure efficient job site operations.
  • Site Management & Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; ensure debris removal and proper disposal.
  • Team Leadership & Support: Provide guidance to team members, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce adherence to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure job site.
  • Documentation & Communication: Complete service documentation accurately and communicate job status updates to Install Coordinators and management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience in stucco installation, patching, texture matching, finishing, and painting.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, methods, and safety practices.
