Summary



We are looking for a General Residential Maintenance Technicians with 2 or more trades experience.


  • Our technicians travel to an average of 2-3 properties a day in the San Diego area.
  • They utilize their own vehicle for work, we reimburse on the clock mileage at .725 cents.
  • We work directly with HOA communities, doing maintenance and repairs to their common areas.
  • Our work is in the exterior areas of the communities.
  • A good candidate would have their own vehicle for work, active driver's license, and auto insurance.
  • Will participate in a background check and physical prior to employment.


Some of the trades we work with are framing, drywall, painting, stucco repair, concrete work, deck work, roofing, flooring, deck waterproofing, masonry, among more.
