Job Summary:

The Repair Specialist will perform commercial repairs to client swimming pools and facilities as directed by the Company.ย 


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • ย None.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • ย Performs general plumbing, electrical, and heating repairs to clients swimming pools.
  • ย Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems or issues.
  • ย Consults manuals or other resources required as needed.ย 
  • ย Conducts preventive maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical, and heating continue operating properly.
  • ย Maintains inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
  • ย Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • ย Thorough knowledge of general plumbing, electrical and swimming pool repair.
  • ย Ability to read repair manuals.
  • ย Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
  • ย Ability to follow instructions.
  • ย Excellent time management skills.
  • ย Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

  • ย High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • ย Previous experience in related field preferred.
  • ย RAIL license preferred.ย 

Physical Requirements:

  • ย Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • ย Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces.
  • ย Must be able to carry 50 pounds at a time.
