Associate Sales Representative - Patient Care

As an Associate Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by promoting and selling Stryker's Acute Care products, with a focus on Patient Care solutions, to healthcare providers. You'll assist with engaging product demonstrations, contribute to managing customer relationships, and provide exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you'll participate in training programs, attend industry events, and collaborate with the sales team to help achieve business goals. This position serves as an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and advance into a more senior sales role within Stryker.

What you will do

  • Promote Stryker Medical products to doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel and provide excellent customer service and develop the customer relationship.
  • Educate and inform Healthcare Professional regarding the proper use and maintenance, product functionality and updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction by solving problems through a consultative approach and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
  • Assist in post-sale implementation and training to ensure customer adoption of and satisfaction.
  • Drive equipment usage agreement compliance with customers.
  • Meet targeted annual budgeted objectives within your assigned geography.

What you need

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record.

Preferred:

  • Sales and marketing internship.
  • Professional experience.
  • Excellent time management, account management, experience with reports, and customer service skills.

$65,000 and may be eligible to earn bonuses + benefits.
