Job description

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

What You Will Do

  • Receive, organize, package, store, and ship supplies, materials, equipment, and service inventory.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor product movement and availability.

  • Process material and product orders using warehouse and inventory systems.

  • Support incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining warehouse organization and efficiency.

  • Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, and carrier personnel to resolve delivery issues and trace shipments.

  • Investigate and resolve inventory, shipping, receiving, and customer service discrepancies.

  • Support alternative product sourcing through loaner banks, other warehouses, and consignment inventory.

  • Maintain records relating to stock usage, damage, handling equipment, and inventory condition.

  • Participate in team meetings and support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Apply best practices to meet operational metrics and business objectives.

What you need:

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed procedures and documentation.

  • Effective communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to maintain accurate records, prioritize workload, and resolve routine operational issues using sound judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One or more years of warehouse, receiving, shipping, logistics, or related operations experience.

  • Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience supporting inventory management processes.
