About the Role

The role will focus on building and running EXANTE's distribution franchise for fixed income, structured products and actively managed certificates (AMCs) for professional and HNW clients.

Reporting line: Chief Operations Officer.

Worksite: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Product strategy - across fixed income, structured products and AMCs: product universe, distribution model, pricing and target client segments.
  • Counterparty network - identify, negotiate and onboard the right issuer and distribution partners; own the relationships.
  • Team build-out - size, composition and sequencing at the hire's discretion, consistent with the approved business plan.
  • Cross-functional cooperation - work closely with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Treasury and Technology to design the end-to-end workflow and embed it in the trading platform.
  • Financing solutions - develop financing-related solutions for clients, such as collateral use of fixed income and structured products and financing against portfolio positions.
  • Product governance - own the suitability framework, PRIIPs / KID and applicable conduct rules across the relevant booking entities.

Experience

  • 12-20 years' experience in fixed income and / or structured products distribution at a private bank, wealth manager or sell-side distribution unit.
  • Cash bonds and structured products - a background covering both is essential; AMC experience is strongly preferred.
  • Established network - a strong counterparty and client network expected.
  • Player-coach - willing to close tickets personally before scaling the team.
  • Desk-building track record - experience building or running a desk is a strong plus.
  • Regulatory knowledge - working knowledge of MiFID II product governance, PRIIPs / KID, and equivalent regimes in the UK and Asia.
  • Fluent English - mandatory.
  • Commercial and direct - comfortable with full accountability for a P&L.

  • Competitive salary that reflects your experience and the value you bring.
  • Flexibility that fits your life - work from home, from our office, or a mix of both. You decide what works best.
  • Flexible benefits package - choose the options that suit your life, not a one-size-fits-all bundle.
  • A genuinely good place to work - an informal, collaborative culture where ideas are heard and bureaucracy stays out of your way.
  • Continuous learning - ongoing training, education programs, and the support to deepen your expertise in a fast-moving industry.
  • Connection beyond your desk - events that bring our teams together to network and celebrate.
  • Global exposure - work side by side with talented colleagues from all over the world, across a business serving clients in 100+ countries.
