The Opportunity
As a Structured Investment Product Analyst you will work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders-including fund sponsors, alternative fintech platforms, operations teams, and financial advisors-to support a broad range of alternative investment offerings.
The Team
The Structured Investment Product team is part of the home office. The team enables advisors and agencies to succeed in bringing a range of bank structured notes offerings to clients.
The Impact
You will combine market insight, analytical rigor, and strong communication skills to help scale one of MassMutual's most strategic growth areas:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on structured investments, communicating relative value and market opportunities to advisors and internal partners
  • Support advisor education and ongoing business, connecting product structure to real-time market conditions and client objectives
  • Develop and enhance educational content and tools across structured investments
  • Partner with trading, operations, compliance, legal and finance to ensure smooth and compliant execution, onboarding, and post-trade support
  • Analyze and reconcile trade flows and data, supporting accuracy, controls, and scalability
  • Leverage technology and process improvement to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Apply portfolio management insight to help advisors integrate structured investments into broader financial plans

The Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience with investment solutions in the insurance/financial services industry and/or within financial institutions
  • Series 7 at time of application or within 90 days of start date

  • Exposure to structured investments or other complex investment solutions
  • Strong relationship skills within a matrixed organization
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication
  • Comfort operating in a fast paced broker dealer environment
  • Self starter mindset with strong organizational discipline and attention to detail
  • You are intellectually curious, detail oriented, and energized by markets.
  • You enjoy working cross functionally and thrive in an environment where ideas move quickly from concept to execution.

Salary Range:
$107,700-$141,300
