Assist in preparing investment memoranda, presentations, and supporting materials for investment committee discussions.
  • Execution & Documentation: Support end-to-end transaction execution by preparing term sheets, assisting in the negotiation of credit and partnership agreements, and coordinating transaction documentation under senior team guidance.
  • Portfolio Monitoring and Surveillance: Monitor existing portfolio investments, prepare performance reviews, and flag emerging risks or issues to portfolio managers to support ongoing risk and exposure management.
  • Market Research: Perform industry and market research, including competitive landscape analysis, sector trends, and collateral performance benchmarking to inform investment strategy and sourcing priorities.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Work collaboratively with senior team members on ad hoc analytical and strategic projects as needed.

Qualifications
  • Strong academic background from a top-tier Finance or STEM related undergraduate or master's degree program.
  • 2-6 years of finance experience in asset backed lending, private equity, or structured finance, ideally in investment banking or buyside.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capability, with strong financial modeling skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with complex data.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise assessments of investment risk and relative value.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with intellectual curiosity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
