Job description

Team 360 Staffing is hiring experienced Structural Welders for a premier industrial piping and fabrication company in Phoenix, AZ. If you take pride in precision welds and clean fabrication work, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $35–$55/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Benefits: 401(k), PTO

What You'll Do

  • Perform MIG, TIG, Stick (SMAW), and Flux-Core (FCAW) welding
  • Weld structural steel, pipe, and fabricated components to spec
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols
  • Fit, align, and fabricate metal components
  • Inspect welds for quality, penetration, and code compliance
  • Operate grinders, torches, plasma cutters, and other fab equipment
  • Measure, cut, and prep materials for fabrication
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Meet production schedules without sacrificing quality

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 3 years of structural welding and fabrication experience
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding
  • Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols
  • Strong knowledge of structural steel and industrial piping
  • Excellent measuring and layout skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Two valid forms of ID (Social Security Card + Driver's License or State ID)
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred (Not Required)

  • AWS Welding Certification
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing, fabrication, or commercial construction
  • Pipe welding experience
  • Forklift and/or overhead crane experience

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Frequently lift up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and work in various positions
  • Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in varying temperatures
  • Must wear required PPE throughout the shift

Additional Requirements

  • Must pass a weld test as part of the hiring process
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
