We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Structural Engineer to join our industrial design team. In this role, you will focus on the analysis and design of structural systems for complex facilities, with a particular emphasis on the semiconductor and general industrial sectors. You will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative structural solutions that meet rigorous industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform structural analysis and design for steel and concrete structures utilizing industry-standard software.
- Prepare detailed engineering calculations and construction documents in accordance with IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC codes.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
- Assist in the review of shop drawings, RFI responses, and field observations during the construction phase.
- Utilize BIM and analysis tools to model structural behaviors and optimize material usage.
Minimum Qualifications- Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis).
- Certification: Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in structural engineering.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with US building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Advanced Degree: Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Software Expertise: Proficiency in STAAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience within the semiconductor or general industrial sectors.
- Technical Depth: Hands-on experience designing traditional steel and reinforced concrete for heavy industrial applications.
