Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Structural Engineer to join our industrial design team. In this role, you will focus on the analysis and design of structural systems for complex facilities, with a particular emphasis on the semiconductor and general industrial sectors. You will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative structural solutions that meet rigorous industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform structural analysis and design for steel and concrete structures utilizing industry-standard software.
  • Prepare detailed engineering calculations and construction documents in accordance with IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC codes.
  • Coordinate with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Assist in the review of shop drawings, RFI responses, and field observations during the construction phase.
  • Utilize BIM and analysis tools to model structural behaviors and optimize material usage.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis).
  • Certification: Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
  • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in structural engineering.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with US building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
