To thrive as a Structural Engineer Manager, you need a solid background in structural engineering principles, a relevant engineering degree, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. Expertise in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or AutoCAD, as well as project management certifications like PMP, are commonly required.
