Für unsere Interdisziplinäre Intermediate Care Station (IMC) sowie die Stroke Unit an den Helios Kliniken Mittelweser suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit als
Pflegerische Leitung IMC / Stroke Unit (m/w/d)
in Vollzeit.
Das erwartet Sie- Fachliche, organisatorische und personelle Leitung der IMC und Stroke Unit
- Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen und patientenorientierten Versorgung
- Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden;
- enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem ärztlichen Dienst, der Pflegedirektion sowie weiteren Berufsgruppen
- Planung und Steuerung des Personaleinsatzes unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher und qualitativer Aspekte
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, pflegerischer und qualitätssichernder Vorgaben
- Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und Strukturen innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereiches
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d), abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur Stationsleitung, Leitung einer Pflegeeinheit oder ein vergleichbares Studium bzw. die Bereitschaft, eine entsprechende Qualifikation zu erwerben
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Intensivpflege, IMC, Stroke Unit oder Akutpflege
- Erste Führungserfahrung ist wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit,
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Entscheidungsfreude und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz sowie ein wertschätzender Führungsstil
- Gesetzlich notwendiger Nachweis über Immunisierung gegen Masern
