This position is based onsite at our outpatient facility in San Francisco, where you will work closely with a diverse range of patients in a modern, well-equipped clinic. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and assess their goals and needs, creating individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, maintaining an efficient patient load of one individual per hour to fully focus on their rehabilitation process.
• Utilize your expertise to offer cost-effective treatments that enhance patients' mobility and functional independence.
• Implement non-surgical alternatives to minimize the reliance on medications, fostering recovery through proven therapeutic techniques.
• Develop and customize fitness and wellness programs designed to meet each patient’s specific requirements, promoting holistic health.
• Engage with patients, motivating them to take an active role in their recovery journey and enhance their overall physical capabilities.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care approaches, sharing valuable insights and treatment strategies.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment services accurately, adhering to best practices in patient care.
• Continuously evaluate treatment effects and monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Educate patients on lifestyle changes, focusing on improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

Your role at Strive Physical Therapy will involve working primarily with orthopedic patients, ranging from post-operative rehabilitation cases to those seeking preventive care for injury management. You will interact with individuals of all ages, providing therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique needs and health goals. This includes addressing conditions such as sports injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, and age-related mobility issues.

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree with a strong foundation in clinical practices.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California with no history of board or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for effective patient documentation and communication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients and the healthcare team.

• A minimum of three years of experience as a Physical Therapist, specifically in orthopedic outpatient settings is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and an understanding of individualized treatment approaches is a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
