Work Environment

This position is offered on a full-time basis, with a typical work schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., ensuring consistency in patient access and care delivery. As an onsite therapist, you will engage directly with patients in our rehabilitation facility, creating a dynamic and interactive environment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and recognize individual patient needs, ensuring tailored treatment plans are developed and implemented effectively.
  • Manage a patient load, maintaining one-on-one sessions, to deliver focused and individualized care.
  • Utilize prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care to enhance treatment protocols and improve patient outcomes.
  • Design and deliver cost-effective therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patient mobility and reducing the need for medication.
  • Explore and provide non-surgical alternatives to common orthopedic issues, blending traditional techniques with innovative therapies.
  • Craft detailed care plans that use a diverse array of treatment techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescriptions.
  • Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to help optimize their physical functioning.
  • Promote holistic wellness, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Guide and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and well-rounded treatment approaches.
  • Evaluate treatment impacts regularly, adjusting therapy as needed, while documenting all services rendered to maintain up-to-date patient records.
Patient Population / Client Focus
