The process is simple. There is no cold calling or D2D sales involved. We get your foot in the door by connecting customers to you who are already interested in ADT home security. In-home appointments are scheduled and provided for you by our Inside Sales team. By helping customers review their security options on-site and move forward with a custom home security package designed by you, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped sales commissions based on how the homeowner decides to protect their home. The best part is you control the process from start to finish, leaving the customer better protected than before you arrived.

What do you need to be qualified for this position? As long as you have an L6 or higher license, you'll need nothing more than a passion for customer service, and a desire to help keep others safe and secure. We provide the tools/equipment, paid training, and post-training support you will need. We even hand deliver the customers to you โ€“ no need to go searching for your own leads! L6 (or higher level) license required

The Responsibilities:

  • Helping homeowners create customized Smart Security solutions for their personal needs
  • 5-star Customer interaction โ€“ every day is a new opportunity; you'll be the first face-to-face contact our customers have with SafeStreets!
  • Customized installation, troubleshooting, and demonstration of ADT-monitored security systems

Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial and career-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Proof of vehicle insurance (100/300/100 minimum)
  • Smartphone/tablet
