To thrive as a Small Parcel Handler, you need physical stamina, attention to detail, and basic math skills, often with a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and shipping software is typically required. Strong time management, teamwork, and communication skills help individuals excel in fast-paced environments. Proactively tracking shipments, quickly resolving discrepancies, and building solid relationships with carrier representatives can help ensure smooth operations and minimize delays.
