Job description

LOCATION Fort Meade, MD OVERVIEW Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally-qualified candidate to serve as a Military Deception (MILDEC)/Military Information Support Operations (MISO) Planner at the Senior-level in support of the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), located on Fort Meade, MD. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and integrate deception objectives, narratives, and supporting CONOPs that align with the commander’s intent and the broader OIE campaign.
* Analyze enemy decision processes (e.g., OODA loop) and intelligence collection systems to identify exploitable vulnerabilities.
* Craft believable, sensor-verifiable deception narratives supported by operations and activities.
* Provide Integration with Information Forces ’IRCs’: Coordinate deception effects with OPSEC, MISO, Cyber, and EW.
* Ensure all deception plans are synchronized with real operations, with coordination across OPSEC and Intel (J2).
* Monitor adversary behavior via intelligence capabilities, evaluate success using MOP/MOE, and refine plans accordingly.
* Provide direct liaison and integration with CCMD staff and subordinate units, ensuring all deception operations support overarching strategic mission sets.
* May require CONUS/OCONUS travel.
REQUIREMENTS * Active TS/SCI security clearance. Must be willing to take a CI polygraph, if required.
* Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience. 12 years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree.
* Knowledge of Joint Planning and Intelligence Planning Processes, strategy and plans, including TCPs and TCOs, GCPs, or OPLANs, and U.S. national security strategy.
* Expertise in the Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP).
* Experience drafting MILDEC plans, orders, and strategy assessments
* Demonstrated ability to perform at a strategic/joint level with minimal guidance
* Expert oral and written communication skills; ability to represent CCMD in interagency environment.
