Always the right career direction.Job Description SummaryCompliance Systems Analysts are primarily responsible for (1) the ongoing maintenance and end-user support of compliance systems and applications while also (2) designing and building out additional functionality to assist the compliance team in process automation, auditing, monitoring, reporting, and overall process improvement efforts. The Compliance Systems Analyst is responsible for obtaining and maintaining an in-depth/SME-level knowledge of the functionalities and capabilities of current compliance systems as well as the underlying workflows and processes. Current compliance systems/ applications include SAI Global's Compliance360, Tech Software IRB Manager, Streamline Verify, and Maxient. This position serves end-users of these products throughout the Southeast Health system and also directly supports the Corporate Compliance Officer and Assistant Compliance Officer on projects.
Job Description

Minimum Experience Required

  • Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of workflow driven software applications and familiarity with business workflows in compliance, human resources, finance, accounting, and/or clinical areas
  • Security: This position has access to and knowledge of extremely sensitive, private and confidential materials. Ability to maintain the highest standard is required with zero tolerance. Any breach of this requirement could result in immediate termination.
  • Service: Exceptional customer service, written and oral communication skills, and support skills expected and required.

Minimum Experience Preferred

  • Two to four years of relative business analyst experience, preferably within a large healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of workflow design, process improvement, and project management is preferred.
  • Experience using SAI Global Compliance360, Tech Software IRB Manager, Streamline Verify, and Maxient is a plus.

Minimum Education Required

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or another related field preferred.
