Streamline Innovations is a technology company that develops chemical and process solutions for water and gas treatment, serving oil and gas, utility, and industrial markets. Our work helps customers address complex treatment needs with practical, performance-driven solutions. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our commercial leadership in industrial water treatment and looking for someone who can help deepen customer partnerships and drive strategic growth in this important segment.

In this role, you will help shape revenue growth across the industrial water treatment business by building trusted customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and advancing solution-based sales strategies that support long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Create, administer, and implement winning business development strategies that the company should pursue related to all aspects of the water treating business
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the Industrial sector.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Provide technical expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on water treatment technologies.
  • Manage existing distribution network, develop new channels to market in the water segment
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in water treatment for industrial operations.
  • Represent the organization in various functions like conferences, showcases, and seminars to create awareness about the organization products and generate potential leads
  • Track and report on various marketing strategies to improve on the winning strategies, adjust the ineffective strategies, or change to a new strategy
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our water treatment solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Drive profitable sales contracts and ensure timely revenue recognition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Represent the company at industry events: Attend and participate in conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or another business-related field required
  • 3+ years of sales experience required in the water treatment industry
  • Experience in industrial water treating
  • Experience leading industrial water-treatment sales required
  • Domain experience in oil and gas required
  • Domain experience in water treatment plants required
  • Experience working with plant managers, operations leaders, engineering teams, procurement, and distribution partners required
  • Eligible to work in the United States required
  • Experience owning large regional territories is a plus
  • Experience with complex solution sales is a plus
  • Domain experience in heavy industrial plants is a plus
  • Domain experience in chemical markets is a plus

Work Environment - Conditions vary and include:

  • Travel expected: 33%
