Job description

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our modern web applications through comprehensive automated testing. You will work within our existing automation framework, contribute to its improvement, and play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards for software excellence.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Automated Tests: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web applications using modern testing frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
  • Implement Multi-Layer Testing: Design and implement test strategies that cover multiple layers of testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end (e2e) testing.
  • Framework Proficiency: Utilize your strong knowledge of key frameworks and languages such as NodeJS, Java, Typescript, and Javascript to build robust and efficient automation solutions.
  • Package Management: Work effectively with common package managers like NPM to manage dependencies and streamline development processes.
  • Interconnected Systems Testing: Demonstrate experience and comfort in testing interconnected systems, including mocking and service virtualization, to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Collaborate and Integrate: Work closely with developers and other QA team members to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline and ensure continuous quality improvement.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify, analyze, and report defects effectively, and work collaboratively to resolve issues.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 38,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 133,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
