The Opportunity
As a Finance Transformation - Anaplan Consultant, Manager, you will collaborate with CEOs, CFOs, controllers, and treasurers to optimize finance functions and enhance their contribution to the business. Within our Finance practice, you will address challenges in achieving appropriate standards of control and efficient back-office opportunities, providing insightful support to drive better business decisions. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role, you will analyze complex ideas and build meaningful recommendations, using data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Leading finance transformation initiatives using Anaplan to optimize financial planning and analysis processes
- Collaborating with CEOs, CFOs, and other finance leaders to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Managing and mentoring teams to deliver client-focused solutions in enterprise performance management
- Analyzing complex financial data to provide actionable insights and drive informed business decisions
- Developing and implementing financial models and forecasting tools to enhance decision-making capabilities
- Utilizing data visualization software to create clear and impactful financial reports
- Conducting due diligence research to support financial planning and budgeting activities
- Identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within finance functions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support ongoing business development efforts
- Upholding ethical standards and business conduct in all client interactions and deliverables
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience in Anaplan tool

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
