Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst – Digital & Marketing Transformation
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Summerlin)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Likely Extension)

Position Summary
Our client is seeking a senior-level Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead three strategic enterprise digital transformation initiatives. This individual will own both the discovery and implementation phases, partnering closely with Marketing, Business Units, Corporate IT, and third-party vendors to centralize digital platforms and transition them into enterprise governance.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading executive stakeholder discussions, documenting detailed business requirements, managing Agile delivery, and driving large-scale digital transformation projects from concept through implementation.
Primary Responsibilities
Discovery & Strategy
  • Conduct current-state assessments of existing digital platforms, websites, and marketing systems.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Gaming, Interactive, and IT stakeholders.
  • Lead vendor evaluations and RFP activities for enterprise digital platforms.
  • Develop future-state operating models, governance structures, business processes, and organizational alignment.
  • Create implementation roadmaps, project plans, budgets, resource plans, and support models.

Project Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent digital initiatives.
  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
  • Coordinate internal business teams, IT, and external implementation partners.
  • Drive organizational change management and enterprise adoption.
  • Oversee testing, deployment, and successful production implementation.
