Job description

Lead Consultant

Reno, NV

The Lead Consultant - You’ll be the catalyst for transformation—leading initiatives that modernize workflows, embed AI into daily operations, and deliver results that matter. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their challenges, design solutions that drive efficiency, and lead cross-functional teams to bring those solutions to life. Your leadership will ensure that every project not only meets its goals but also sets a new standard for how we work.

You bring strong technological acumen and a clear understanding of how it drives digital transformation across intelligent cloud and edge ecosystems. And finally, you are a person who enjoys working with colleagues from all over the world, people from Ireland, Singapore, Mexico, the Philippines, India and the US.

Location for this position is Reno NV. WFO Required

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of process improvement and AI transformation projects from concept to completion.
  • Serve as a people leader—coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to reach their full potential.

  • There is the potential for travel in the above locations, you should be willing and able to do so.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience related to the Job Description.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management experience, with a strong focus on process improvement and/or technology transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience as a people leader—mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proven success in client-facing roles, building trust and delivering value.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Working knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and their application in business process optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certification preferred.

Note: Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa (H1B or otherwise).
