  • Proactively identify roadblocks and implement solutions that improve predictability, quality, and delivery performance.

Build and Lead a High-Performing Team

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach project managers on best practices in planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and execution.
  • Manage third party partner relationships and project deliverables.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Translate business objectives into actionable execution plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop executive dashboards and portfolio reporting that provide clear insight into progress, risks, resource utilization, and business performance.
  • Influence strategic decisions through data-driven recommendations and operational expertise.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to studio leadership and senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate alignment across development, product management, commercial, and support organizations.
  • Lead escalation management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication for critical initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships across global teams and functions to achieve enterprise objectives.
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience in software, gaming, product development, or technology environments.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing project managers.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional portfolios and complex organizational initiatives.
  • Strong experience with project governance, portfolio management, budgeting, resource planning, and executive reporting.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, risk management, and process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
