Job description

Summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a motivated and talented Strategy & Operations Associate to join our team in support of our Employment Law practice. This individual will partner closely with operations leads, attorneys, and firm leadership to execute on the strategic vision for multiple high-growth departments.

This person will enjoy autonomy leading projects and designing / implementing new processes.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage data to identify key opportunities for growth across multiple practice areas
  • Drive alignment of key stakeholders across functions, including marketing, product, client success, legal, and operations to execute on growth opportunities
  • Synthesize data to report on department performance, ultimately providing data-driven recommendations to improve overall department performance
  • Understand bottlenecks and pain points and use in-depth knowledge of case management program and other firm processes to support / coach team members and improve usage / efficiency
  • Identify platform features that could increase productivity and efficiency, working with development team to see features from ideation to implementation

Qualification

  • 1-2 years of total work experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, strategy, or finance roles
  • Startup or high-growth experience preferred (i.e., you are inclined to get things done!)
  • Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize information, simplify complexity, and deliver actionable plans in digestible presentation formats
  • Advanced analytical skill, with experience delivering data-driven recommendations
  • Comfort working autonomously across multiple high-priority projects

The anticipated full-time annualized salary range will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
