  • We're a profitable fintech platform powering lower middle market M&A. In 2025, we facilitated 12,500+ deals, 1M+ platform connections, and hundreds of millions in closed transactions for private equity firms, investment banks, M&A advisors, and business owners.
  • We're a lean, high-conviction team of 60 and we're building category-defining products for a market that moves fast and trusts carefully.


The Opportunity:

  • This is not a support role. This is not a rotational program.
  • This is an early-career operator seat where your work will be visible, your scope will grow fast, and your fingerprints will be on decisions that matter.
  • You'll work directly with senior leadership to identify what's slowing us down, build better systems, and execute against our most important priorities.


What You'll Own:

  • Strategic analysis and decision support for leadership
  • Operational workflow mapping and process improvement
  • GTM and revenue operations - pipeline, territory, forecasting
  • Dashboards, reporting, and data infrastructure
  • High-priority special projects across the business


You Are:

  • 2+ years in consulting, banking, or PE - and ready to trade the deliverable treadmill for real ownership.
  • Analytically sharp

  • Energized by private markets
