This individual will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to tackle some of the most important strategic and operational challenges facing the organization. What You'll Do
As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will help solve complex, high-priority business problems and shape long-term strategic direction. Your work will include:
  • Strategic Analysis - Synthesizing data from multiple sources to develop insights and recommendations.
  • Project Leadership - Driving execution of strategic initiatives across departments.
  • Cross-Functional Problem Solving - Researching and analyzing evolving business challenges and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Special Projects such as evaluating new office locations, contributing to AI and technology strategy, and supporting multi-year strategic planning efforts.
