Netsmart is seeking an AI Solution Strategist who is a true AI visionary, someone who can imagine what's next by engaging deeply with clients, listening for unmet needs, and turning those insights into bold, forwardlooking AI solution ideas. In this senior individual contributor role, you'll define AI solution vision and roadmaps, bringing new concepts to life by guiding ideas from early spark through proof of concept in partnership with engineering teams.
You'll spend time with clients, sales teams, and industry peers to understand today's realities while continuously asking, "What should exist next?" Your success will be measured by the originality, relevance, and impact of the ideas you bring forward-and how they help keep Netsmart ahead of the market.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and refine requirements for current and future solution development through independently conducting market competitiveness and differentiation research supported by client feedback, non-client and community stakeholders.

  • Communicate comprehensive solution strategy, plans and roadmaps to key stakeholders utilizing solution management tools and processes.

  • Manage breadth of inter-related solution roadmaps and scope based on a detailed understanding of needs, interdependencies, requirements and resources.

  • Influence and engage engineering teams to deliver exceptional features from detailed requirements and prototypes.

  • Lead strategies to conduct competitive analysis to determine pricing.

  • Collaboratively develop company wide go-to market plan with Support, Sales, and Marketing

  • Partner with solution marketing to define initiatives to create demand within key market verticals and horizontal markets including company think days, sales demonstrations, trade shows, direct marketing, web marketing, and solution training.

  • Collaborate with UX team members, participate in end-user discovery/shadowing to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, information systems or project management or related field.

  • At least 5 years of healthcare software consulting, information technology or solution functionality equivalent work experience.

  • At least 2 years of direct health care information technology (HCIT) solution strategy, development or regulatory product management work experience

  • At least 3 years of Agile Development or software related project management work experience

  • At least 1 year experience with market research, consumers' behavior, pricing solutions and marketing techniques

  • Influences without authority and develops cross-functional and client relationships

  • Drives collaboration and consensus on complex issues.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive decision making on software development priorities and determining pricing
