Job description

Senior HR Business Partner

Location: On-site, Portsmouth, NH.

The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to the business client group ensuring the successful development of high performing teams and great workplace culture. In addition, this role will also work on strategic site level people initiatives to deliver organizational transformation and change initiatives for the Portsmouth site.

What you will do:

  • Partner with the Site Leadership Team to execute site-wide people plans, organizational design, and large-scale change management initiatives.
  • Oversee succession planning, performance management, and career development strategies to build a robust internal talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to implement targeted hiring strategies and attract external talent to meet business goals.
  • Develop engagement and development strategies to enhance employee engagement (measured by Glint platform) and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage site HR administration (e.g., Payroll, Total Rewards, Mobility) to ensure seamless day-to-day employee support.
  • Build strong networks across the global HR ecosystem to align local efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Monitor HR effectiveness by tracking key metrics to drive continuous improvement and execute site-level strategic projects.

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience in progressive HR roles, with a significant portion spent in a business partner capacity.
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field; a master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience leading complex HR initiatives such as growth ramp-ups, employee engagement, and change management.
  • Expertise in HR strategy development, talent management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organizational design.
  • Experience adapting global HR processes and systems to meet the specific needs of local sites.
  • Strong ability to think strategically while executing tactical HR initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent project management skills and data analysis abilities with a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally for successful results.
