Job description

At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you're passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

Are you an enterprise strategist with the vision, judgment, and leadership presence to shape the future of a market-leading financial technology company? As Vice President, Corporate Strategy Lead, you will serve as a key architect of Broadridge's long-term growth agenda, helping define the strategic choices that will drive enterprise value creation, competitive differentiation, and sustained market leadership. You will play a hands-on role in translating strategy into execution by shaping our execution approach, capability building, investment priorities, and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Reporting to the Chief Growth and Strategy Officer, this highly visible executive role will partner closely with the CEO, Business Unit Presidents, the executive leadership team, and the Board of Directors to evaluate the company's most consequential growth opportunities and strategic decisions. You will lead the development of enterprise strategy across Broadridge's portfolio, with responsibility spanning organic and inorganic growth, market expansion, product and platform strategy, strategic partnerships, investment priorities, operating model evolution.

This role requires a seasoned executive with exceptional strategic acumen, financial and market insight, awareness of execution and operational dynamics and constraints, and the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization. The successful candidate will bring a strong external perspective on industry disruption, client needs, competitor dynamics, and emerging technologies, while also possessing the operational credibility to translate strategy into execution across a complex, global enterprise. You will be expected to challenge conventional thinking, shape strategic dialogue at the most senior levels, and ensure Broadridge is positioned to capitalize on the most attractive opportunities for growth and transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the formulation and evolution of Broadridge's enterprise-wide strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision, growth ambitions, and shareholder value creation objectives.
  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor to the Chief Growth and Strategy Officer, CEO, Business Unit Presidents, and executive leadership team on critical issues related to portfolio strategy, market positioning, growth investments, and enterprise transformation.
  • Drive the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and execution planning of strategic growth opportunities across the business, including adjacent markets, new products and platforms, client expansion opportunities, strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisitions.
  • Partner with Business Unit Presidents and leadership teams to shape business-level strategies, sharpen strategic choices, and translate ambition into actionable growth plans with measurable financial and operational outcomes.
  • Lead the strategic assessment and support execution of inorganic growth initiatives, including acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, and ecosystem partnerships, in close collaboration with corporate development, finance, legal, and business leadership.
  • Champion and help operationalize enterprise initiatives that strengthen Broadridge's competitive position, accelerate innovation, improve strategic agility, and evolve the company's operating model to support scalable growth.
  • Oversee the company's annual and multi-year strategic planning processes, ensuring a rigorous, data-driven, and externally informed approach to enterprise priority setting and capital allocation.
  • Prepare and support executive and Board-level strategy discussions, providing clear, insightful, and decision-oriented materials on company performance, strategic alternatives, market trends, and investment priorities.
  • Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships across the enterprise and with relevant external stakeholders, including industry leaders, strategic partners, investors, and professional networks, to inform strategic thinking and expand opportunity development.
  • Bring forward thought leadership on key industry trends and disruptions-including AI, data and analytics, digital platforms, automation, and changing client expectations-and translate those insights into strategic implications and action plans for the business.
  • Lead or sponsor execution of high-priority enterprise initiatives on behalf of the executive leadership team, with an emphasis on initiatives that shape the future trajectory of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier institution strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience, including substantial leadership experience in top-tier strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, principal investing, or senior strategic and operational roles within leading financial services, fintech, market infrastructure, or technology-enabled platform businesses.
  • Proven track record of advising C-suite leaders and Boards on enterprise strategy, growth priorities, transformation agendas, and major investment decisions.
  • Demonstrated operational experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, with accountability for planning, implementation, and outcomes
  • Deep understanding of financial services and fintech, ideally across institutional segments, capital markets, wealth, investor communications, post-trade, or outsourced services/platform models.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation in complex, matrixed, global organizations where influence, executive alignment, and organizational credibility are essential.
  • Significant experience evaluating and advancing inorganic growth opportunities, including M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships.
  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, and financial skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear choices, compelling narratives, and actionable recommendations for executive audiences.
  • Outstanding executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the presence and credibility to influence senior leaders and engage effectively in Board-level dialogue.
  • Strong commercial instincts and operating judgment, with the ability to balance long-term strategic thinking and near-term execution priorities.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and passion for innovation, including the role of AI, advanced analytics, digital ecosystems, and new business models in shaping the future of financial technology.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $275,000.00- $325,000.00 USD.
