The Opportunity
As an ERP Agile Transformation Delivery Consultant, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through the analysis, implementation, and support of business applications. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will leverage your understanding of various software solutions to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that values adaptability and teamwork. You will take ownership of your development, actively listen, and express ideas clearly. By gathering information from diverse sources, you will analyze facts and discern patterns to drive value for our clients. You will also uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the success of the team and the firm. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
- Implementing software solutions and providing training for seamless integration and utilization

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), and backlog management

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
