With all this brought to the table, you will have the chance to finally call your own shots and work with a company that makes it work for YOU! Your job will be to sell roofs, not build them. It's simple. We want to hire salespeople. People that can and will sell roofs to the thousands of people who need them here and now.
As a part of our sales team, you will:
  • Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims.
  • Complete Home Inspection for damage with customer to verify exterior damage.
  • Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service.
  • Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership.
  • Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily.

As part of our team, you WON'T:
  • You don't have to order your own materials.
  • You don't have to supervise crews.
  • You don't have to do your own supplements but will still be paid on them if approved.

Requirements
  • Experience in roofing, siding or construction sales or door to door sales
  • Must be focused and well-organized with strong time management abilities.
  • Be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
  • Have a well-groomed appearance.
  • Can close leads provided and generate new business?
  • Good communications skills and professional personal presentation
  • Able to follow up with appointment leads at various times during day
  • Must have a valid/active, clean Driver's License.
