Job Summary:
Allegiant is a national air carrier, and they are seeking a Sr. Analyst for Cobrand Strategy & Analytics. This role is critical in driving growth and profitability of the airline’s cobrand credit card portfolio through performance reporting, strategic analysis, and financial modeling.
Responsibilities:
• Weekly, monthly, and quarterly portfolio performance reporting (acquisitions, activation, spend, attrition, profitability, lifetime value).
• Analyze how cobrand cardholders engage within the broader loyalty ecosystem (flight frequency, ancillary attachment, redemption behavior).
• Monitor KPIs and proactively identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across all channels.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into portfolio health and performance drivers.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses in response to leadership, partner, or market-driven questions.
• Investigate performance anomalies and identify root causes.
• Build scenario analyses and “what-if” models to support time-sensitive strategic decisions.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured, data-driven recommendations.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisition offers, promotional investments, lifecycle initiatives, and partner proposals.
• Forecast key revenue streams and portfolio performance under various growth scenarios.
• Partner with Finance and the issuing bank to assess portfolio economics and long-term value creation.
• Analyze performance across acquisition channels (inflight, digital, partner).
• Identify opportunities to improve approval rates, activation, retention, early spend, and ongoing engagement.
• Evaluate test-and-learn initiatives and translate results into actionable recommendations that drive sustainable growth.
• Support lifecycle and segmentation strategies to deepen loyalty and increase share of wallet.
• Serve as a key analytics liaison across Loyalty, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Management, and the issuing bank.
• Support business case development for new product features, loyalty benefits, earn/burn enhancements, and engagement campaigns.
• Provide data-driven input for contract discussions, annual planning, and long-term growth strategy.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Combination of Education and Experience will be considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in analytics, loyalty strategy, financial services, or credit card portfolio management.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
• Experience working with large datasets and synthesizing insights into strategic recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred:
• SQL, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.
• Understanding of credit card economics and loyalty economics preferred.
