Position Summary
As a Senior Analytics Manager, within Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall growth of Credit One Bank. Your primary responsibility will be to improve and maintain operational business measurements through the analysis of diverse systems and processes at Credit One Bank. You will lead a small analytics team, collaborating with key stakeholders to identify crucial improvements and define impactful success metrics. Your insights will be essential in reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that directly align with our overarching business strategy from an Operations perspective. This position demands a forward-thinking leader who can transform data into strategic advantage and influence decision-making across the bank.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
In this impactful role, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Provide deep insights into business performance, identifying critical trends, uncovering improvement opportunities, and conducting thorough root cause analysis. This involves exploring and integrating advanced analytical frameworks and potentially agentic approaches to automate insight generation and optimize operational workflows.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and report the impact and performance of operational strategies.
  • Present findings to management and make strategic recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage project requirements, analytical plans, and project timelines, overseeing all essential deliverables.
  • Lead and mentor others in the utilization and optimization of data analysis tools.
  • Implement best-in-class data management practices to ensure accurate, reliable, and well-documented data and reports.

Position Requirements
We are seeking a leader with a robust technical background, proven analytical capabilities, and demonstrated leadership experience. Qualified candidates will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or another STEM-related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Python or a similar programming language.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with an advanced understanding of data analytics, tracking, and reporting.
  • 3 or more years of experience managing analysts or other professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • A demonstrated ability to convey technical information to both non-technical and technical professionals.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
