The Manager, Strategic Account Management leads the development and execution of account strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, aligning business objectives with customer needs, and overseeing team performance through coaching and development. The position requires expertise in data analysis, negotiation, and strategic planning to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results. The manager ensures compliance with company policies while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration to support Walmart’s mission and long-term success.
This specific role will support the Outdoor Power Equipment category.
