Role Overview
Digital Solutions & eCommerce Intern (Remote)
Sodexo Campus is seeking a Digital Solutions & eCommerce Intern to support a web-based digital ecosystem that integrates content management, eCommerce, analytics, and marketing tools used across campus dining locations nationwide. This role is designed for a business-minded technologist who is curious about how digital experiences, data, and user behavior translate into real business outcomes. The intern will work at the intersection of technology, analytics, and user experience to help improve digital performance and support daily platform operations.
Internship eligibility requires candidates to be U.S. citizens and currently residing in the United States.
The internship is expected to run through the end of 2026, with flexible working hours of 25-30 hours per week during summer and fall semesters, and 20-22 hours per week during the academic year.
What You'll Do
  • Support assistance requests and help track issue resolution using a structured, data-driven approach
  • Assist with QA and UAT testing, documenting results and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Audit and monitor campus dining websites for accuracy, compliance, and timely updates
  • Update product catalogs, pricing, and product data within eCommerce systems
  • Support transaction validation and refund processing while ensuring data accuracy
  • Analyze customer behavior and sales trends to identify revenue opportunities
  • Assist with digital promotions, merchandising, and content updates
  • Support workflow mapping and process improvement for eCommerce operations
