Job Description
• Drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas within accounts
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with multi-threaded executive contacts
• Develop and execute strategic account plans
• Drive upsell, cross-sell and whitespace penetration
• Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations for renewals and expansions
• Orchestrate QBRs and customer success engagements
• Use Check Point tools to manage accounts, pipelines and forecast
• Coordinate a virtual account team (specialists, SE, etc)
Qualifications
  • Strong communication both written and verbal, including presentation skills for clients and partners
  • Must have a comprehensive appreciation of the complexities of technology integration
  • Cybersecurity sales experience selling to strategic accounts
  • Conceptual understanding of digital transformation initiatives and cloud computing
  • Very strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • National travel is required, with international travel when necessary
  • Adaptive and self-motivated professional with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
