  • Graduate from PLACE Launch: Build your foundation for success by completing our core training program, ensuring you hit the ground running with the best industry tools.
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly: Maintain a consistent business pipeline using proven models to regularly connect with new potential clients.
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes in the Douglas County area: Build committed relationships with buyers so you can confidently guide them to their perfect local property.
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers: Serve as your clients' trusted advocate, securing the best possible price and terms to ensure a smooth transaction.
