  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Track tasks & activities in PLACE technology
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with investors to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, potential risks, and opportunities in real estate investment
  • Utilize valuation tools & industry knowledge to perform thorough market analyses to identify profitable investment opportunities
  • Assist investors in making informed decisions based on market conditions and property potential using data-driven insights
  • Develop creative and strategic approaches to structure deals that align with investors' financial objectives
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable outcomes for investors
  • Participate in weekly script practice, monthly call night & prospecting initiatives per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

  • Licensed real estate professional in Minnesota

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent specializing in working with investors
