Molex is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to support our growing Supply Chain and Operations leadership team in Hudson, Wisconsin. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to operations, distribution, manufacturing, and supply chain leaders as they build and scale capabilities that support significant business growth.
The Hudson operation is rapidly evolving from a start-up environment into a scalable manufacturing and distribution capability. This HR Business Partner will play a critical role in helping leaders build organizational capability, strengthen culture, develop talent, and create workforce strategies that enable long-term business success.
Our Team
The Optical Connectivity Group is experiencing significant growth as we expand manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain capabilities to support hyperscale data center customers and future business opportunities. The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, engineering, and business leaders to build an organization capable of supporting rapid growth while maintaining a culture rooted in innovation, mutual benefit, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to Supply Chain and Operations leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Partner with leadership to design organizational structures, clarify decision rights, and build scalable operating models.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives that anticipate future talent and capability needs.
  • Influence and support leadership development, succession planning, and talent acceleration efforts.
  • Coach leaders on organizational effectiveness, performance management, employee development, and change leadership.
  • Utilize workforce analytics and business insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting organizational performance.
  • Support business transformation initiatives, including organization design, culture evolution, and capability-building efforts.
  • Partner with recruiting and workforce planning teams to attract and retain talent aligned with future-state organizational needs.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and help leaders identify and close critical capability gaps.
  • Build strong relationships across the broader HR organization to ensure effective support and execution of business priorities.
  • Champion Molex culture and Principle Based Management through coaching, challenge, and leadership influence.
  • Optimize risk through effective application of employment practices, policies, and compliance requirements.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience serving as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar strategic HR role.
  • Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, logistics, or other industrial environments.
  • Experience influencing leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, and development.
  • Experience using data, analytics, and business insights to support decisions and priorities.
  • Experience coaching leaders through organizational change and talent-related challenges.
  • Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR practices.
  • Ability to build credibility, influence stakeholders, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
