Job Summary

Stephen Gould offers an opportunity to become a sales entrepreneur in the trillion-dollar industry of product packaging, design, and fulfillment. Our compensation structure is unmatched, and our business model allows you to be your own boss while being supported by Stephen Gould's financial strength, brand, internal resources, and teams. The sales program includes a salaried first year while you build your business and master product knowledge, then transitions to an uncapped commission structure. You'll pursue new business development, engage with prospects and clients, and leverage the company's full lifecycle solutions as you build your unique portfolio. Your first year is salaried while you build your portfolio and hit key performance markers; after that, you transition to an uncapped commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Independently pursue new business development

• Take ownership of sales initiatives and drive results by proactively leading communication with vendors and design teams, setting timetables, and ensuring deliverables are met

• Collaborate with members of the sales support team, providing direction as needed

• Independently review production status with clients

• Seek guidance from a dedicated sales management mentor to accelerate impact and support portfolio growth

Requirements

• Proficiency with MS Suite, CRM systems, AI tools, ERP (Epicor Preferred), Zoom Info, and LinkedIn platform knowledge

• Exceptional organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Mental agility, resourcefulness, and strong listening abilities

• Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills

• Associates or BS degree

• Minimum of 2 years of full life cycle sales experience required.
