About Beach Front Property Management

Founded in 1999, Beach Front Property Management provides comprehensive property management services across Southern California, overseeing thousands of residential and commercial units. Role Overview

The Regional Property Supervisor will oversee daily operations of multiple multifamily communities. This includes operational oversight, repositioning initiatives, capital improvements, financial performance, and staff leadership to ensure consistent excellence across the portfolio.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations across multiple apartment communities
  • Serve as primary liaison between property owners, onsite teams, and leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, California regulations, and Fair Housing laws
  • Manage rent collection, expenses, and financial performance
  • Prepare and review monthly budgets and financial reports
  • Lead hiring, training, and performance management of onsite staff
  • Ensure vacancies are filled efficiently, and occupancy goals are met
  • Oversee property inspections, maintenance standards, and capital projects
  • Support repositioning strategies and portfolio improvements
  • Conduct regular site visits and portfolio assessments
Requirements:
  • 3 or 5+ years of proven experience managing multiple properties and teams (Required)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of property maintenance, marketing, and operations
  • Ability to prioritize across a multi-site portfolio
  • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager
  • Strong understanding of California landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multiple properties and staff (Required)
  • Certification in Fair Housing (Preferred)
