We work with leading enterprises and are backed by top investors.

About the role:

We're looking for a strategic project lead to partner directly with the CEO to shape and scale the company’s core function: recruiting. You will work with our largest customers to understand and solve their needs.

You're someone who thrives in ambiguity, has exceptional judgment, and can context-switch between strategic planning, tactical execution, and people operations.

You will:
  • Coordinate the delivery of our highest-value projects to customers worth millions of dollars.

  • Work with the CEO to drive important business decisions

  • Oversee and orchestrate the work of 10,000s of experts on our platform

  • Ensure execution under demanding timelines

  • Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions that improve quality, throughput, and cost-efficiency.

You have/are:
  • Background in consulting, finance, startups, or other operationally intense environments.

  • Strong analytical and communication abilities; proven track record of managing complex projects.

  • Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients.

  • Excited by “gritty” process optimization and large-scale execution.

Misc
  • Compensation: Competitive salary, meaningful equity vested over four years, $10K relocation bonus (for moving to the Bay Area), and an additional $5k housing bonus (if you move within 0.5 miles of our office), Health, Dental, Vision insurance, 401(k) with company match

  • Terac culture: Between company hackathons, weekly presentations on the latest advancements, and an AI-first mindset, you'll be working with one of the most innovative teams on the planet.

  • Growth opportunities: You're joining Terac at one of the earliest stages and will have an opportunity to shape and grow with the company as a founding member.

Compensation Range: $120K - $160K
