ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive project plans, defining the scope, goals, and deliverables for initiatives in alignment with organizational and product roadmaps. Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by leading cross-functional teams to design, implement, and scale AI automation solutions for the operations team, streamlining manual workflows and improving operational efficiency. Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between internal product/engineering teams and external payment vendors or financial partners. Effectively communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership across multiple organizations, utilizing configured data and analytics dashboards to provide clear, quantitative measurements of progress. Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables, and results are completed within the agreed-upon scope, timeline, budget, and allocated resources. Provide accurate and insightful analysis by configuring and manipulating data to solve complex operational and transactional problems, presenting this data in clear dashboard formats for executive presentations and reviews. Identify technical, operational, and financial risks inherent to payment processing, and create robust risk mitigation plans to ensure the timely and secure completion of projects. Serve as a subject matter expert in payments, transactional flows, and customer checkout experiences, ensuring our platform (Stripe) meets industry standards and delivers a frictionless user experience.
Skills RequiredProduct Management, Automation, Data/Analytics dashboards Product Management - Expected to assist with leading the product lifecycle, define user stories and product roadmaps, prioritize the backlog (e.g., in Jira), and collaborate with cross-functional engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features. Automation - Expected to identify manual, repetitive tasks and implement automated workflows (e.g., using Ai tools like Gemini Pro and LLM) to improve team efficiency. Expected to assist with work in progress design suggestions to build, and maintain interactive and user-friendly dashboard (e.g., using Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.

Configure and analyze complex operational and transactional data to solve problems and build KPI dashboards.
