We are seeking a highly strategic, product-driven Product Development Manager to lead the development of our Women's Intimates, Swim, and Shapewear categories, while driving key Speed-to-Market initiatives across the business. This role will oversee the product development lifecycle from concept through commercialization, ensuring exceptional product execution, quality, innovation, and speed. The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional partner with deep expertise in apparel development, vendor management, and process optimization, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full product development lifecycle for Intimates, Shapewear & Swim, from concept through commercialization.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Design, Technical & Raw Materials to translate design vision into production-ready products.
  • Oversee domestic and international vendor relationships across intimates, shapewear, and swimwear categories.
  • Manage BOM accuracy for packaging and communication with vendors.
  • Drive material source, supplier negotiations, and ongoing vendor performance management.
  • Own cost analysis, product engineering, margin optimization, landed cost management.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve development, production, sourcing, and quality issues proactively and efficiently.
  • Communicate cross functionally with Compliance for testing and new FG suppliers or subcontracted send outs onboarding.
  • Build, refine, and scale internal workflows, trackers, and product development processes to improve speed, accuracy, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner closely with Merchandising, Design, and Production to ensure alignment with business goals and seasonal strategies.
  • International Travel as needed to support vendor relationships, sourcing initiatives, and production execution.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 5+ years of product development experience within intimates, shapewear, swimwear, or closely related apparel categories
  • Strong technical understanding of garment construction, fit, fabrics, and performance-based materials specific to intimates, shapewear, and swim
  • Proven expertise in costing, sourcing, vendor negotiations, pricing strategy, and full product lifecycle execution
  • Advanced Excel skills required; PLM and/or ERP system experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of technical product development including grading, fit standards, and construction techniques across intimate apparel and swim categories
  • Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines
