Micron's U.S. Site Procurement Operations team is seeking a Capital Supplier Manager to support capital equipment, spares, and services procurement for Fab 6 in Manassas, Virginia. This role is responsible for driving supplier execution, delivery performance, and fab readiness while supporting sustaining operations and manufacturing ramp requirements. The position partners cross-functionally to ensure continuity of supply, cost optimization, and operational excellence through disciplined procurement execution and supplier governance.

What's Encouraged Daily:

  • Own procurement execution for capital equipment, spares, and services, supporting sustaining operations and ramp readiness

  • Drive supplier performance through schedule alignment, delivery tracking, issue resolution, and recovery planning

  • Manage supplier relationships via scorecards, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Develop and execute inventory, spares, and readiness strategies to support uptime and business continuity

  • Support contract execution, negotiations, and commercial alignment in partnership with category and cross-functional teams

  • Execute procurement processes including purchase order creation, validation, changes, and invoice reconciliation

  • Track and communicate risks, gaps, and key performance metrics through dashboards and reporting

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, and governance requirements

How To Qualify:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field

  • Experience in procurement, supplier management, or manufacturing/industrial operations

  • Proven ability to manage supplier delivery, schedules, and escalations in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with supplier performance management tools such as scorecards or QBRs

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
