Job description

ERP Transformation Lead, a role crucial for ensuring successful system integration, effective data migration, and the adoption of industry best practices. Collaborating with our system integrator, the ERP Transformation Lead will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of this integration while driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Design and implement strategies for the migration of data from legacy systems, focusing on preserving data integrity and minimizing business disruption.
  • Advocate Best Practices: Champion the implementation of industry best practices in all phases of the ERP implementation, ensuring state-of-the-art processes and systems.
  • Establish strong collaborations with key internal stakeholders ( Business, Corp Eng, and the internal Engineering team) and external partners, aligning ERP implementation efforts with overarching business objectives.
  • Facilitate comprehensive knowledge transfer to the new AMS vendor and the internal engineering team, ensuring long-term sustainability and capability building.
  • Reviewing and facilitating GFiber's sign-off from both business and technology perspectives for Business Process, Architecture, and Master Data Management.
  • Reviewing go-live readiness and cut-over plan.
  • Strategic Roadmapping: Develop a visionary ERP roadmap that anticipates future organizational needs, encourages continual innovation, and ensures system adaptability.
  • Ensure changes adhere to relevant regulations and internal Control policies
  • Define processes and approvals ensure changes are tested and deployed safely
  • Define the process to periodically review and audit financial systems for integrity and compliance in coordination with the Internal Control team.
